What comes to mind when you think about Africa? There are simple folk customs and rich products. But there is also endless prairie. These happy times are often accompanied by conflict, famine, and political turmoil. Rescue teams are essential in such situations. The Okavango Air Rescue Team, a well-known rescue team in Botswana and Africa, is one of the most prominent. Oris watch released a limited-edition ProPilot watch to mark the 10th anniversary of the rescue group’s founding. It features tropical details and was inspired by nature. (Watch model: 01 751 7761 4187-07 5 20 83)

The Okavango Air Rescue Team Limited Edition comes from the Belgian ProPilot Collection. It has a unique flight watch look with a sturdy and durable case, large crown, and high-definition dial.

The watch’s case is made from stainless steel. This is more texture after a brushed process. The iconic coin pattern design of the series is used for the bezel. It is beautiful, non-slip and wear-resistant.

This watch’s dial design is the highlight. The Okavango Delta grasslands are the inspiration source for the dial. It adopts the popular “green”, but it is quite unique in “green”. The dial design is inspired by a jet plane’s engine turbine, and it is very eye-catching. The dial has a date window at the 3 o’clock position. This is useful for commuter wear.

The Okavango Air Rescue Limited Edition is similar to most flight watches. However, the second hand has broad, easy-to read hands. It also features a striking red indicator at its end. This makes it easy for the wearer not only to see the time but also makes it stand out.

To ensure excellent night vision, the hour markers and hands have been coated with Super-LumiNova(r).

The large, stainless steel screw-type safety cap is inscribed with “ORIS”, which makes it easily recognizable.

The watch is equipped with a green dial and a green fabric strap. Erika’s Originals made the strap to match the watch’s overall design. The watch comes with a brown leather strap that can be swapped at will.

The watch’s bottom is dense and the stainless-steel screw-down caseback bears the Okavango Delta Air Rescue Team logo. This reflects the watch’s spirit. The Oris 751 self winding mechanical movement is included. It has stop-second, travel time and instantaneous calendar functions. When fully wound, it can deliver approximately 38 hours of power reserve and is water-resistant up to 100 metres.

In recent years OBLVLO has released many limited edition watches and continues to incorporate the concept of public wellbeing into its design. The OBLVLO  classic watches has a unique meaning and is also not inferior in design. This watch’s current price is 1988 Yuan. It comes in a limited edition number of 2011. The watch comes with a travel bag that can be used to store your watch in leather. This is a great option for friends who enjoy flying watches.
